Sparkeo Content Guidelines

Sparkeo Content Guidelines
Here are Sparkeo, we encourage learning and education based on mutual respect. We do not like to inhibit creativity, but must list several guidelines. If a video course violates these guidelines, we reserve the right to remove the course and cancel the account if we deem it necessary.
What you should do:
Pick an appropriate category. We know that some courses can fall under several categories. Choose the category that you think would best fit your video course. If you are unsure, pretend you are looking for a video course on your topic - what category would you browse to find your article?
Write a killer bio. Your video course content isn't your only selling point - your expertise is just as important. List your accomplishments and education in your biography. Show your potential viewers why they should choose your video course over someone else's.
Tag adult content. Your video course may contain acceptable adult material. Be sure to tag it with the adult filter. If you are unsure of whether or not your course should be tagged, err on the side of caution, place the tag, and contact us. Sparkeo reserves the right to add an adult filter to any video course if deemed necessary.
Package your video well. Give your video course a killer title and description that will leave your potential viewers no choice but to view your course. But make sure you give an accurate description of the contents of your video course.
Respect privacy. Your video course should not infringe on someone else's right to privacy. We recommend you have written permission from anyone appearing in your video course.
What you shouldn't do:
No pornography. While we recognize that some nudity may be appropriate in certain circumstances, do not post sexually explicit material (sexual nudity) on Sparkeo. If you are unsure about your course meeting our guidelines, feel free to contact our customer support.
No illegal activities. Do not post any courses containing illegal activities, such as (but not limited to) animal abuse, drug abuse, bomb making, or anything else that may be deemed illegal by your local authorities.
No copyrighted materials. You must have the rights to post your video course. Do not use someone else's materials without their explicit permission. If your copyright has been infringed upon, please see the Sparkeo Copyright section of the Sparkeo Terms and Conditions for instructions. (This means no clips from TV, movies, or trailers. You may post videos of yourself on TV if you have the rights to do so and the video is only limited to your involvement in the program.)
No hate. We're all about freedom of speech and expressing less-than-popular views. But we do not condone hate speech, including (but not limited to) attacks on a group based on race, religion, gender, disability, ethnic origin, age, or sexual orientation.
No time limits. We encourage your courses to be 20-30 minutes long. Your audience wants to hear the nitty-gritty details, not just what they can find on other sites. Give them the information they can't find anywhere else.
