Please note that once a person has acquired a course or has signed up through the player or website to save his highlights, comments, etc such person shall thereafter be deemed a registered user of Sparkeo and may be contacted by Sparkeo with various offers.

The Privacy Philosophy of Sparkeo

By registering to Sparkeo or receiving or using the Products and Services you are accepting the Privacy Policy and all the legal terms of Sparkeo, and consent to the use and disclosure of personal information that you provide to Sparkeo as outlined in the Privacy Policy. As Sparkeo improves its Products and Services, this Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time. You are urged to check for updates on this page. The amended Privacy Policy, as it may appear from time to time on this page, will be the one applicable to your personal information.
Submission and Collection of Information
When you register and/or use the Products and Services, you may provide personally identifiable information about yourself; such Information may include registration-related information (such as name, e-mail addresses, country, language, Bio, paypal address) (“Personally Identifiable Information”), as well as transaction-related information (a history of Products and Services purchased through Sparkeo, your billing information, or customer service information about you as a user of Sparkeo) (“Transaction-Related Information”). In addition, we will collect statistical information regarding your use of the Products and Services, such as areas of interest, courses, sessions and other content you have watched, comments you have made to certain content on Sparkeo and similar statistical information ("Content-Related Information"). The Content-related Information will not include Personally Identifiable Information. You should note that some of Content-related Information is stored on servers of Sparkeo partners that provide it with certain technical applications, such as the Sparkeo video player and other features.
You may submit Personally Identifiable Information either through forms which you have to fill in (such as the registration form), or through forms that are automatically filled-in by the Products and Services, which you can further correct, modify or delete before you choose to submit. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (i.e., without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.
In addition, non-Personally Identifiable Information may be provided by you or may be generated by your mere use of the Products and Services. We are especially careful about the privacy of your usernames and password. We consider this information highly sensitive, and we treat it with the appropriate care, and deem it Personally Identifiable Information. However, it is your sole responsibility to keep this information confidential. You should take special care to guard the confidentiality of your username and password as well as the email notifications from Sparkeo.com which may include personal information such as passwords payments and others. Furthermore, we strongly recommend that you logout of Sparkeo whenever you have finished using it or whenever you leave your computer, so as not to allow others to view or otherwise gain access to your Sparkeo account and related accounts at Sparkeo's payment processing partners, or to your Personally Identifiable Information, your Transaction-Related Information and/or your Product-Related Information. Please notify us immediately if you suspect that your username or password has been used by anyone else.
In some cases, if you decide not to provide certain information or if you delete certain automatically filled-in information from certain forms (e.g. email address), you may not be able to complete the applicable process or use the Products and Services.
Information provided by you on some of the Products and Services may be publically accessed. When such Products and Services are used, you will be notified of the public nature of such Products and Services, and you take full responsibility for any information you choose to provide. You should note that when you as a Knowledge provider create a course the embedded code will be available to anyone to use it and paste it wherever they feel like.
Notwithstanding any other provision herein, you should be aware that if you enter or join Sparkeo through any third-party social network, application or website, your Personally Identifiable Information may be stored on the servers of such third party network, application or website, and we urge you to carefully review the privacy policies of such networks, applications or websites.
How is the information being used?
The information is used to operate and improve the features, offerings and content presented to you by Sparkeo; to streamline the use of the Products and Services on your computer, to personalize the content and advertisements provided to you; to fulfill your requests for products and services; to communicate with you and respond to your inquiries; to conduct research about your use of the Products and Services, offerings and to help offer you other products, programs, or services that may be of interest.
Your Personally Identifiable Information will not be shared with third parties unless you have consented to the sharing of this information. Sparkeo may use your information to present offers to you on behalf of business partners and advertisers. These business partners and advertisers may receive aggregate data about various groups of Sparkeo users, but they do not receive information that personally identifies you.
Your Content-related Information will be shared with Sparkeo's content providers for the purpose of improving their content and reach additional users. Content providers will only be granted access to your Content-Related Information which relates to their content.
However, we will not share with anyone your personal notes created while you watch a course on Sparkeo or the titles of your highlights of sections in Sparkeo content. These annotations are you own and will be kept entirely private.
While we are not obligated to grant access to questions and answers submitted through our platform, it is clarified that questions asked through our content player should be deemed to be publicly viewable and will show your user-name or name as reference (if you are logged in), as should the answers to these questions. When the Knowledge Provider answers a question asked by you, the answer will sent to your mailbox and will be published publicly in the permanent link created in sparkeo.com.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, your information may be accessed and disclosed if legally required.
Transaction-Related Information
Transaction-Related Information submitted during the purchase of Products and Services is collected either by Sparkeo or by its payment processing partners. Except as necessary for the purpose of routine processing of payments, Sparkeo does not share Transaction-Related Information with other companies or third parties, unless compelled by law or court order to do so. Sparkeo does not share balance and wallet status.
E-mail addresses and unsubscribing
Please note that during the use of the Products and Services you may be requested to provide a valid email address in order to enable the respective process, to enable Sparkeo to provide you with email support and in order to allow Sparkeo to contact you, from time to time, via email communication, with news and updates about products and services (such as: new releases, new features, special offers).

Access to User Information
Knowledge Providers will not be granted access to user personal information, other than information provided by users in their Sparkeo profiles. Users will be given the opportunity to contact a Knowledge Provider through various features on our Products and Services. However, we will grant Knowledge Providers, at our discretion, access to certain statistical information regarding users' interactions with such Knowledge Provider's content on Sparkeo to help them improve the quality of products that they can offer.
Transaction-Related Information
All financial transactions on Sparkeo are carried out by use of third-party payments processors, such as PayPal. Sparkeo has no control over and no responsibility for information regarding all monetary transaction between Knowledge Providers and users of the content on Sparkeo or any of the Products and Services.
Furthermore, information regarding your income generated through the use of Sparkeo's platform will be kept entirely private by Sparkeo and will not be disclosed without your permission, other than as we may be legally required to do. However, as your Transaction-Related Information is kept by our payment processing partners and its disclosure and use is governed by their policies, we urge you to review their privacy and disclosure policies and terms before using our platform.
